Red Nose Day – Friday March 13th 2015

We are celebrating Comic Relief’s Red Nose Day with our own Lever House version –

Red Nose ‘Learning’ Day!

We are having a Special Learning Day, where we are inviting all our children to share their skills with others in our Lever House Family on Friday 13th March.

We will set up learning stations around school, each run by a pupil (or possibly a member of staff, parent/carer or Governor). Each session will be repeated 3 times, so that pupils will receive up to 3 different learning experiences through the morning. The learners for each session will be made up of interested pupils for that session. So we will have pupils from EYFS next to Yr 6 pupils all learning together.

The last time we did this, we had children teaching foreign languages, super dance moves, magic tricks, art lessons, animation, sports lessons, yoga, sign language…. the list went on and on.

If any parent/carer or other family member feels they have something great to offer, please contact me by email to see if we have space for you too. We are all learners and we all have something to teach.

Non-Uniform and Noses!

We will be selling Red Noses from the School Office – suggested price of £1.00 per nose.

We also invite pupils to wear something red (such as the Red Nose T-shirt) and not wear uniform that day but pay £1.00 for not wearing uniform that day.

We are also doing the Lever House Bake Off – click here for details
