Perfect Score

Nadia Comăneci was born on November 12, 1961, in Onești, Romania. She is famous for being a  gymnast. She won three Olympic gold medals at the 1976 Summer Olympics in Montreal and was the first female gymnast to be awarded a perfect score of 10 in an Olympic gymnastic event.

She also won two gold medals at the1980 Summer Olympics in Moscow.

Nadia was already a good gymnast when she was 5 years old. When she was 6 she went to a specialist school for gymnastics where she became one of the best gymnasts in the world. When she was 14 years old – she scored her perfect 10 in the Montreal Olympics.
